Job Description

  • Business Development Manager (BDM) will create and build client relationships to obtain projects.
  • BDM will fine tune the product portfolio of the company, make a business plan, identify the applications and market segments to address, identify competition, and help prepare promotional tools and collateral, make pricing strategies.
  • The role also calls for geographical segmentation of target markets identification of suitable target partners, engaging them into formal contracts, training them in selling the companies offerings, supporting them in the sales process and monitoring their performance.
  • Through Representatives and through direct efforts BDM will generate Sales leads, cultivate accounts, generate opportunities, supervise preparation of project proposals, make timely submissions and negotiate the offers and book business for the company.
